Hello and Welcome to the Audiobooks Ring.. the place on the WWW for finding sites dealing with books in audio format.

Why don't you visit a random site

Would you like to join this excellent ring? Then you will have to follow these easy steps:

1. First you will have to fill out the following form:

  1. Simply fill out and submit the form below with your site information and you will be added to the queue.

    Please put down the site URL (address) where your audiobooks information is located. This is also where the Audiobooks graphics should appear.

    Then you will need to copy the HTML to your Audiobooks page. It will look like the graphics at the top of this page.



Joining is easy !


You can get the HTML listed below. Just copy it to your audiobooks page. If you don't like this HTML, feel free to omit pictures, links, etc. My only requirement is that you have a link back here and a link to the next site in the ring.

Don't panic. When you join the Queue you will receive a form html fragment which contains the graphics. Just copy and past to your page. It's easy. BUT if you wish to change anything use the following html fragment.

If for some reason, it takes you more than five days to get the coding on your page, please email me , saying when you have or when you plan on getting it up. I will wait for a note from you. If I hear nothing after two weeks I will assume you have decided against joining and delete your site from queue

Wait. After I am sure that you have the coding on your page, I will enter your site into the ring. This won't take that long, normally not more than a day after your coding it up. If you are really anxious to get on, email me here.

  • (This step is not necessary if you use the simplified copy and past form which you recieve after joining the queue.) Save a copy of both images found above (right click and hold down with the mouse and save as). FTP the graphics to your server. If this is unfamilier to you email me for help.

  • Copy this Ring Fragment onto the Page where you have your audiobooks information and where the Audiobooks Ring should appear.

  • Replace all of the ____ after ID=with the site ID number you were assigned when you were added to the queue.

  • Replace the ____ in the mailto: with your email address i.e. terry@terrypogue.com and enter your name as the site owner, replacing the second ______

  • Save these additions to your page and put it up on your site so that it can be reviewed for addition into the ring

    Useful Information: The Audiobooks Ring has its own id, like your site. The site id is the number given to you upon registration, the ring id is "audiobooks".
